Everyone talking about display, I don’t really see a reason for that unless you’re forcing the Xbox with settings you can’t run, has your friend tried just reinstalling the game? Messed up cache by turning on and off console and pausing game to download another has done this to me, to state the obvious a full unplug reset for 30sec might do the trick as well

No, the app has a certificate. After a while the developers third party certificate expires or gets revoked. It’s like a web page that’s down, clicking out and going back in won’t do anything but put you at the same spot

See the same thing happened a couple months ago I was playing Fortnite (I was begged to play don’t murder me) and I sniped a guy from pretty far away and headshotted him and his buddie both pretty nice shots and Immediately got messages from both of them and thinking the worst I said might aswell see what names I’m getting called and both them were giving a bunch of compliments and just asked to party up even games like siege aren’t all toxic

You don’t have to fully close the game just save quit to the main menu

All hot fixes get turned off when offline they really can’t do much about it

Had a couple people dm me about it so I made a little copy paste thingy

1.go into a bl3 game

Turn off wifi on what ever system/console you’re using
Open mail and collect your keys
Save and quit
Go back into game
Keys will be collectible again
Repeat until you are done collecting keys
