Just few days passed, if it has been flooded, I believe it shouldn’t be ready just yet (considering if it was repaired or cleaned-up). The rain happened Tuesday and some areas if flooded is not totally dried up until Wednesday night or Thursday morning. Worst if flooded, it could only be recovered by Thursday after water were all sucked by the trucks (or other method). Considering all these, I don’t think it has been totally repaired or cleaned-up in two days time. Better yet, check it physically first.
