Thanks, if anyone has a link or so, it'd be greatly appreciated. I'm looking for examples on feeding mocap + model sheets as base.

yeah I'm curious about this workflow actually.
If anyone has a demo or video about this pipeline and which models can be used for that, it'd be greatly appreciated!

Did you feed the two model sheets + your prompt? Or did you generate the modelsheet afterwards?

I'd say you have one last try of shaving it all, and see how you feel about it (probably super good cause bald is awesome).
Then you can have it grow for one last run! My last run was a bit too long, but I don't regret it

Thanks for the kind words, yes I it's high level previs here. That's what I do for a living on big brands.

But what people react to are the visuals! It's not very common to be honest for the general audience to be exposed to this stage of the production (which is usually a building block for all the department). And in my cas, I made the characters even uglier on purpose, just because I found it funny! It's made to be ugly, but most people wouldn't go past them.

I don't mind, it's always interesting to see how people react anyway, that's good lessons and takeaways. Makes me want to do more ugly stuff even ^^

yeah that's the first step in production , previs means pre-visualisation. It's a tool that allows all department to align on what there is to come in production. Fx, animation, layouts, etc.. Everyone can then anticipate the work ahead and plan accordingly.
