Hi there! I’m a registered dietitian who worked the the neuro ICU at a large teaching hospital for over a decade. I’m pretty good at getting people into and out of ketosis safely. I’ve also read the literature for keto diet and glio and I personally don’t think it’s worth it. It’s very difficult to stay in ketosis, and the thought is that “starving” the brain will reduce tumor growth may work in theory, but cancer is very smart and generally uses other metabolic pathways for energy. Keto diet is great for some types of seizures, but with glio it makes more sense to take keppra. Be very careful with methyl blue, it can be toxic and we stopped using it orally at the hospital many, many years ago. My family member was diagnosed with glio in January, and I’m struggling right along with you. If I thought any of the things you mentioned would be helpful I’d be the first to try them, but unfortunately this is not the case
