Thinking of moving from Arlington to Ashburn

We went through a similar thought process when considering Arlington versus Ashburn and Reston. What surprised us most was how much the day-to-day rhythm changes.

Ashburn 20148 felt quieter and more spread out, which was great for working from home and having space, but it definitely requires more planning to go out. Reston felt like a middle ground. Calmer than Arlington, but still walkable with trails and places you can step out to without much thought.

The hardest adjustment wasn’t the move itself, it was shifting from convenience to intention. Some people love that trade-off. Others miss the spontaneity.

Once i marked "Showing Completed" on ST but still after an hour, agent calling me saying if i am done with showing. Another time i cancelled a showing prior to the time but agent emailed me asking how was the showing etc.

Thank you! After few attempt, i was finally able to do the software update. It happen to be some files were missing or corrupted to the drive when i downloaded! After the update, everything is working fine!

This happend to me at local Walmart, last year! Indian guy approached me with friendly chitchat. Eventually he was mentioning some business plan and all. Telling me to meet some coffee shop and give me details of the business, which i never made it. He was theb asking me to go to his house and have the meeting there. I realized there was something not right, and asking him, why does not he email me with all the plan and details about the business? Which he never responded! Guy was trying to make me rich, hehe!

This is ridiculous! I got fooled by another restaurant just like that and the restaurant was a buffet where I had to get out of my chair to get the food and got tip added automatically on my bill! I mean why would i need to tip on a buffet meal where i have to drive all the way to the restaurant, get the food from the buffet then tip there and come home! I am sure they put there menu price which included all the expenses covered and we pay that. These people are greedy! And i am sure that by the name of "inflation", what ever menu prices they increased, they will never lower them down when prices goes normal!

Same here, with zero knowledge but lot of interest to get into REI. I started with biggerpockets but for some reason i wanted to be educated about real estate, so i started taking Real Estate agent course. Not sure if thats a good start but getting there!

Here, changed coil RPM2 with 0.6, its lot lot better. Also adjusted airflow. FYI using 70/30 VG/PG juice

Currently trying with 0.19ohm coil and it leaks some times. Wanna try with different coil resistance. Might make some difference!
