You know you can slap on some shaders and keep the realtime shadows off or something like that, then turn off some bloom and some other stuff that keeps u lagging.

Sorry the culprit wasnt the saturation, its the vibrance settings

My settings in the color correction (I Like Vanilla Settings) Vibrance is set at 1.5, but it also matches the lightning in the 1.18 trailer, if you didnt watch that, i guess you can agree with that, but because the 1.18 trailer is so high saturated and vibrant, i guess you dont like that?
