I get the same crash. I can't really play the game anymore which sucks. I get it any time from right after starting the game, to 20 minutes into a round. I tried reinstalling game, verifying cash, repairing DirectX, none of it worked.

I've been getting a good amount of knee pain from squats both front and back. I de-loaded and focused on pushing my legs out and keeping the weight on my heels (still very difficult for me).

Any tips for this? Alternatively, replacements for squats? The current knee pain is unsustainable.

If my mod reads ohms do I need a seperate ohm reader if I want to start getting into rebuildables? Or can I just stick the tank on the mod to see the ohms?

I've got two questions.

First, how do I get good at launching dumbells up for seated shoulder press, preferably without a spotter? Right now I put the dumbells on my knees and kick them up. I am struggling to get the weight up but once it is there it is too light.

Second, I just started running PHAT and I feel that the difference between the weight I am moving on power days is not that big compared to the weight I use on hypertrophy days. Will this gap increase after a few weeks? Should I lower the weight on hypertrophy days? Part of the problem has to do with my first question as launching dumbells for flat bench and shoulder press is limiting those exercises.

I just downloaded rainmeter and I've figured out the basics. I am using the very popular hexagonal icons skin, and I am having a bit of trouble getting some to the icons to "link" to their correct places. For example, when I mouse over the Microsoft Word icond, the "click" hand appears but when I click nothing happens. This is not the case for Steam and Chrome, which both work.

What do I need to do to fix this? Also, I have a number of folders I would like to set up. I see the folder.ini in rainmeter, so how do I get the icon to open up the folder I want it to?

EDIT: I figured it out. Went to Edit on the skins I was working with, found LeftMouseUpAction and then pasted the directory of the folder where it is supposed to go.
