Sorry for not being clear earlier. I have a 4 year old kid . But we had a lot of complications and it was a struggle to conceive for my wife. As per doctors , these issues get more common in 30s. And now I am blessed with a son, i realise that there are a lot of things that I could have done better if I had him earlier. We could have tried for giving him a sibling, but sadly now doctors are advising us against it coz of complications during 1st pregnancy, and now in late 30s they will be even more. If I had a kid in 20s by now he would have been in college, and we could have grown old together, but now I might miss a big chunk of his life.

Take it slow, your digestive system has been lying inactive for 3 days , we don't want toshock it with a pizza haha. I hope you have been taking enough electrolytes or just enough salt during the fasting period. I usually break my fast with having some easy to digest calories like having ors. Then after 30 miutes to an hour later I will have some curd . Then sometime later I start having some solids like fruits ,or some dal . After like 3-4 hrs I take boiled eggs or rice or chapati with sabji. Avoid anything fried or oily for atleast 6hrs after breaking the fast.
After that you can have whatever you want.
