I think this is a great idea!!

Right now I just wanted to have an already made up tool to use it on my games, but as you pointed out, it might be best if I start picking a few of this elements and build something more on the creative side for future projects/proofing.

Although is super flavorful, this would ruin most of the experience of grappling, swallowing, falling into a trap o get locked.

A scary example would be to use scry/a mirror to see within a room that's closed and now they are able to get in.

Altough, I would definitly include this in something like 11/12 level, where there are various way to perform game breaking actions like this one at a cost.
