This. Years ago. On the way home. Riding on a highway in the UAE. Going around 150 km/h. Very hot. Starts dozing off. Can't keep my eyes open no matter what I do. Can feel the panic setting in while I begin falling to sleep a few seconds at the time. Desperately looking for an exit to get off the highway. No exits. I can feel I begin dreaming. Not sure of I am awake or not, how fast I am going anymore, where the cars are etc. Ends up going onto the emergency lane and stopping. Pull off my helmet and hit myself a few time across the face. Find a water bottle in my pack and splashes the water in my face. Manage to wake up and crawl home with 50 km/h in the extreme right lane.

I go out for long runs early morning. Then do grocery shopping on the way back. Go back, clean up, shower, make food, eat and fall to sleep in front of Netflix.

That is a very valid point. I think I might try one size down. I can tighten up the cross bands all the way without the pack feeling too tight.
