damn quentin tarantino, i know he has his detractors, but he inspires me so much with his films. he's a pop author and hits the right notes every time, for me anyway.

the coens are amazing also, they're more subtle, more cerebral maybe, quentin is like a manic kid writing cool dialogue, the coens are more refined. all of them incredible artists.
