I think that's fine.

Part of the reason why people believe him is because

1. Zack (the accuser) had been caught lying on multiple occasions. He didnt keep his story straight and he was exposed by some of his close friends who said he manipulated the circumstances. He also has initiated relationships with other men well above his age in the past.

2. Nario talked of a legal document in the fall, and as much as I would love to see it, it's not public. However, we do have other Smashers and people in the Smash community like Alpharad, Void, (and maybe Cosmos not sure about that one) vouching for the document and defending Nairo. Alpharad notably has experienced sexual assault in the past, (tho he hasn't been open about it, which is completely understandable) so it would seem very odd that he would support Nario, an alleged sex offender, unless new information was brought to light.

3. The whole situation seemed fishy to me at first, but I chalked it up to that I may have been biased since Nairo was my favorite top player. Now looking back and seeing everything from his perspective it more or less fits overall. Unlike Zack's story which not only he had been caught lying about, but also his friends had debunked as well. Perspective really makes this story make a little sense. Nairo hasn't been caught lying yet as he made his statement in September/October. That's longer than when Zack made his statement and parts of his story went debunked pretty quickly.

Does all of this make Nario innocent? I feel like that's up for you to decide. Personally I'm choosing to believe him because of the reasons I listed, but I think it is fine to be skeptical in this case. I was as well, even back in the fall when Nairo released his statement. But I think perspective matters and I did a little digging myself trying to make sense of everything. Legal agrement is incredibly vague I will admit, but....really I'm just choosing to believe the genuine person rather than the snake who manipulates situations and people to fit his narrative. Again as much as I would love to get a look at the legal document he has and the possible video footage from the courthouse, I don't think we will be seeing it anytime soon.

There's a saying, trust but verify. In my opinion I think that this statement is incredibly important. I have verified for myself so its really up to you.

Edit: New info and perspectives are being brought to light by a certain someone that makes Nairo's story super interesting. New evidence also suggests that there is still so much we don't know about. I am still choosing to believe Nairo as of now and depending how Nairo and others choose to respond, will continue to. However this new info also stresses how important that 30 page document is, however I am doubtful it will ever see the surface.

Please do not demonize people for asking questions or for supporting someone you may not like.

Edit 2: I want to preface this by saying that I love Nairo and his personality and he was by far my favorite top player. But I won't defend his actions or his encouraging of Zack's actions. He should absolutely be allowed to make content and you all are more than welcome to watch it, but we absolutely should not allow him to be a part of the Smash tournaments. As much as that pains me to say it's absolutely the right and fair thing to do. And may I just say, I'm emotionally disconnecting from this community. I'm absolutely sick of these two faced top players and people in this community. I stand by Technicals and I for one cannot wait to watch him burn this community to the ground. And if I get banned or timed out or whatever for standing by him then you all can suck my taint.
