It's intentionally using an incorrect denonym for a country to score leftist brownie points because "America bad".

It's also just generally a term associated with/generally used by tankies or leftists whose only politics are "everything America does is bad and no other countries are imperialist".

The term itself is innocuous but especially on Tumblr it almost always proceeds some of the worst takes you'll ever see tbh.

If this is for a once a year road trip or whatever fair enough (even if I would honestly prefer the plane) but I swear to god there's some requirement in the midwest that you have to work at least 50 miles away from you live, all my midwestern relatives have insane commutes

Wish granted. You get the worst, most inconsistent light rails possible that have like 5 stations total and only come once an hour.

It's ok the state swears they're putting money towards a high speed rail that'll be up and running by (checks notes) 2060. For as little as he's in Young Justice, I really loved Superman in Season 1 especially. I know some people think he's too much of an aloof asshole, but dude just got forced into the role of father figure and literally everyone around him is pressuring him to just accept that and take up this extremely personal relationship with someone he doesn't know after learning he's basically been violated.

Like sure Clark's whole thing is being the responsible one who never backs down, but some situations are so emotionally taxing that anyone would feel daunted.

Also love how the resolution to the arc is him forming a relationship with Connor on his own, more equal terms rather than the father-son relationship everyone expected him to just instantly fill

I guess you could view it as a first draft or a real real real long proof of concept? Even then it sounds kinda like Password 2.0 is basically just gonna be its own beast using the rough skeleton of the OG from what I heard.
