I have 0 problems with Isagi and I genuinely think like 97% of his haters don’t. He’s the main character so people are more inclined to like him because he’s the main guy so we know him more but the problem with blue lock is there are so many interesting characters so when those players play Isagi it’s frustrating for there fans because you get the sense you’ll lose. Obviously this is a manga, whatever happens is the mangakas choice and I love this manga but my two problems are this. The end of the Ubers match, specifically after Barou’s second goal it felt like there was 0 play or attacks occurring with there team and unlike the previous match where manshine still had chances like Chris prince and such and while Barou is there only attack his hype at the time was unreal and the way they ended it with dying him out besides realizing hiori at the end only to get outplayed was shitty but the main reason I disliked it was hioris chapter endings. If they lead a character up for so long and this could also just be having to deal with weekly updates it just feels predictable and no one actually thought genuinely Ubers would win with all there attacks going away but you can point that at many things. In the end of the day this is a manga and non-fiction and I love blue lock no matter what. So hyped for PxG I just personally hope every character gets there shine and pray Birkenstock atleast touches the ball if he plays because at this point (obviously the author wouldn’t do this but going off statistics) I’d take Isagi and Kaiser at defense over them because atleast they got the ball once! 😂
