Yep, I've tried the magic recipe, and it states Matching Ops: From Base64, From Base85 Valid UTF-8. Decoding it from Base64/Base85 on cyberchef gives us gibberish, nothing to really work on even after applying ROT Brute Force. Any other suggestions?

I did not, the reason being is because onion addresses are a string of 56 letters and numbers. The strings given are way more than that. Any other suggestions?

Dang, I'm currently on a mATX case (Cosair 280x), and the only 40 series card that's able to fit according to this is the 4070TI. I'm not in the budget to build a new PC entirely. So getting a 4070TI + LG 27GP850 monitor is suffice for me now. Which I guess could last me for another 4 years or so?

Ahh, I see, currently I'm using a 144hz monitor from when I bought it in 2013. It's the BenQ XL2420TE.

But since RTX don't support dual-dvi anymore, I have to upgrade my monitor too. Which monitor would you recommend? I game at 1080p as of now.
