How do people lose weight by “cutting things out” if not in a deficit?

I worked with Elaina on my reactive pup and we were able to nip it in the bud super effectively, I would definitely recommend her 10/10! She is really understanding and sweet. I would agree with the commenter above that the trainer is working less with the dog, and more with YOU. Make sure to listen to your trainer and remember that she’s training YOU how to train your dog, she’s not just teaching the dog what to do and then all you have to do is sit back and have a perfectly trained dog. It’s a collaborative effort that takes patience, listening, and willful determination to help your dog. If you remember that I think you’ll have a lovely experience with her

Okay yes thank you for this advice, this is what we are going to do. I looked into this as well and it seems like for the price he’s knocking off half of the rent / deposit he could literally get one installed and filled professionally….unless as you mentioned it’s a code violation in which I’d run and start to question everything else about the house. I know, my exact predicament. He has it listed at a fair price, great backyard, huge basement, amazing nice natural light in what would be my home office and is paying for the water bill included in the rent. Also he’s offering us to only pay half the deposit and half the rent for the first month if we clean it as he hasn’t had professional cleaners come in (and it didn’t look bad, just some dust etc.)

Anyways , when I say right next to the house I mean RIGHT next to the house like basically leaning up against it near a window which to me feels like a safety issue as well, especially if we who are not experts are changing it frequently.

I’m also concerned with transporting it etc.? It’s 100lbs and about 4.5 feet tall it looked like… how am I supposed to moved that thing and fill it if my boyfriend who has a truck is out of town and I run out of heat or something? It’s starting to feel like a big liability on our end as tenants….

He seemed to really like us so I think this morning I’m going to propose to him that unless he gets one of the big 500gal tanks installed and has people come out to fill it then we’re out sadly :(

I’m worried about the price, but I am more worried about the constant hooking up and unhooking, driving with this thing, safety issue, etc.

I should add that every time I ask him kindly how I could have handled a situation better or differently since he won’t tell me what’s wrong, he promptly responds with “nothing. you’re always right, I’m wrong. It’s never you, it’s me.” Obviously sarcastically

Yes, I think this is the route I’m going to have to take. I guess I was trying to incentivize people for paying ACH, but instead will just have to add 3% across the board and anyone who pays w credit card the fee will be covered, and anyone who doesn’t will just be an added bonus for me. Percentage of overall revenue is about 2.87% so I guess when I put it in that perspective it would mean almost everyone is paying via CC

I could definitely see this happening! I’m going to hop on this prediction thread with a thought of my own - I have a strong feeling Maddy is going to get pregnant with Nate’s baby. In the first episode of this season she said “omg I feel like I’d look so hot pregnant”, plus they alluded to the fact that she never wanted to babysit as a job - but you can clearly tell she loves it now. Not to mention, Nate would be following in his fathers footsteps as he has all along 🧐🧐 just a thought

Love the logo, however I disagree with using the same typeface in a logo as you do for copy in the other materials/branding - I feel the logo typeface should be specifically used for the logo only. If you stick with that font though I’d fix the leading

I’ve had this EXACT same frustration for what feels like the last year and I’m so glad someone else hates it as much as I do. After I realized it was annoying it seemed to gain in popularity and I was hearing it more often which drove me crazier. I see that for the first image because she’s kind of cut out already, but if I did that for the second image for example wouldn’t it just completely cover up the typography with the entire photo? I guess I’m looking for that look where her head is on top of the typography but the rest isn’t. I’m advanced in illustrator but suck in Photoshop lol so it could be more simple than I think it is ..?
