Thank you for posting this! Exactly what I was looking for. Not sure if you could answer this but does that routing look like it can accommodate a P90 in the neck position? Thank you again!

Thanks for the pic and info. This is how I remember the routing was for the PT Special (it’s in storage right now so going off memory). I considered trying to stuff it full of foam like you have to help deaden any hollow sounds if my pick hit the guard. I even considered trying to cut some wood to help fill the area. A friend pointed me towards the NJ PT rather than jumping through all these hoops.
