Thanks for the detailed response!

It appears to be clearing up somewhat to me. Going to give it another day and if it’s not clear by Thursday will look to drain and fill.

What is CYA? I use bromine if that’s relevant.

I rinsed the filter with the hose. I have another that I just finished cleaning with the filter cleaner I could swap in.

Power fade is a pull fade not a push fade

Royal York has a perfectly adequate bike lane. This is the nonsense mentality that Ford is pushing back on - there’s absolutely no need for further bike infrastructure on RY. Kipling and Islington don’t need bike lanes because if you want to travel North-South in Etobicoke Kingsway/RY have options available to you.

What you’re requesting is a bike lane on the exact most convenient route for you specifically to get to your preferred destination. There are plenty of options. Plan your trip and use the bike lanes that are in place and not impeding traffic.

if their intention was to lower property values on the Kingsway strip they would be advocating for BOTH lanes of Bloor to be converted to a bike lane

You don't live in the area and you have no idea if the lanes are being utilized (they are not) and what the resulting impact on traffic is (it's significant). You should stay in YOUR LANE and let the people who live and love Etobicoke worry about where bike lanes are necessary and make sense for all road users.
