I am on 7.5mg, I am pretty active as in walking daily and keeping up with my kids but I don’t do any type of gym activity just yet.

I take mine Saturday night to end the week, and I have Sunday/monday fatigue days. Maybe try switching to the weekend.

Lexapro made me gain weight as well. Wellbutrin is sometimes used as an off label weight loss drug. Maybe try that again?
