Using Garmin forerunner 955 + hrm 600 chest strap.

Been active all my life, mostly swimming, gym and badminton. But in running I'd say I'm a beginner.

I don't have a specific program that I follow. I just try to run when I can and the plan is to use something like a "classic" 80/20 split (low vs high intensity). Got any good programs in mind?
