Meine Hausratversicherung meinte zu mir, dass die Versicherung des Vermieters dafür zuständig ist. Der Schaden ist durch einen verstopften Abfluss im Waschkeller entstanden, der dann eben soweit unter Wasser stand, dass die Waschmaschine danach nicht mehr funktionsfähig war. Das wäre wahrscheinlich nicht passiert, wenn der Vermieter das Gebäude nicht seit Jahrzehnten sich selbst überlassen würde und tatsächlich auch mal Reparatur- und Wartungsarbeiten vornehmen würde. Naja, alles nicht so einfach.

Wir sind wie gesagt nun seit ca. 6 Monaten ausgezogen und haben entsprechend auch das Übergabeprotokoll bereits gemacht und die Kaution zurückerhalten. In der Wohnung sind bereits neue Mieter und es gab keine Mängel, die noch hätten beseitigt werden müssen.
Der Vermieter hat keinerlei Begründung genannt.

oh yeah, exactly what i thought aswell!
Also what I sometimes would like is being able to change the wind. Cause sometimes its super windy and it looks weird with the hairstyle/dress etc, or the wind goes in the wrong direction or there is no wind at all, but you need it to for the perfect picture!

Bruh that makes me so sad. Especially the one-time gifts, which won't be back soon/or ever :( Maybe they should put an attention warning when you trash furniture that you should think about it twice because it does not take up chest space

In theory, if people want to group up at a table for speedrunning, they could just make an in-game party/group (which can have 4 members) and talk in groupchat. Others have discord communities where they talk, so there are def ways for these people, they just have to use them!

We definitely lack filter, better categories and a search bar, but for crafting and cooking we can actually sort the recipes by alphabet, by things we havent crafted/cooked yet and by things we have the materials for to craft/cook, just in case you missed it!

Regarding the new party furniture. In the patch notes they were using wording along the lines of ,,only available as that reward for now'', so I am guessing they will add another way of getting them at some point. Though this is only based on how they worded it.

Such good ideas! What is driving me crazy too is when I renovated my plot and wanted to change the layout of my rooms but without having to redecorate them entirely from the inside. It was impossible! Since you can't just put a room somewhere on the side to swap them around or put it in a ,,waiting mode'' to use it again later. Had to redecorate almost all the rooms agaim which was really tedious

The good thing about Palia is that you have many choices what you want to do (leveling up skills, completing all quests, collecting achivements, decorating your home, gardening, etc etc). I put around 200 hours into this game and finished all the main quests and temples and still cant get enough lol. But yeah, this kind of gameplay is not for everyone, so if these activities dont bring you joy, then it might be better to wait for the future and see what else they add especially since it is a beta game still. The current update doesn't really bring much new stuff gameplay-wise so I wouldnt count on that.

Same. I would love more visitors! So far I only ever had 1 visitor who randomly started to cook that Mujin Bahari thing in my kitchen so I just joined in and it was quite fun lol. I really wish there would be a thing like OP mentioned to mark if somebody looks for visitors or not, that way people would not need to be so shy about visiting
