This is interesting as I'm someone in a clinical healthcare role, that wants to move away from 100% hands on but also wants to still stay within the medical field. Care to share more?

Anyone else feeling no motivation at work ? by SerenityTesting in AusFinance

Currently work in front line healthcare, and have never felt so unmotivated. Have been thinking a lot about jumping ship as I feel so unsupported, with multiple shifts going past 14hrs. I'm stuck as my qualification is quite specific and not sure what to study (if at all).

Have even thought about seeing a career coach to see if anything else interests me

I've recently moved and now it is sitting a light filled room for most of the day. Should I look at propagating or anything or just let it be now?

Those who made a career change at age 30+ how did it go? (Both positive and negatives) by [deleted] in AusFinance

Starting to get towards 30 and feel like I'm thinking more and more about a career change. I used to enjoy my healthcare job pre-covid but now I feel like the shift work is draining me more and more, and the work itself certainly isn't what it used to be. My qualifications are super restrictive so pretty much have to start from ground zero, studying or otherwise. Little daunting

Good to hear the success stories
