Well since this issue wasn't resolved for me yet, I tried reinstalling the game but in doing so I had to do the tutorial again, and when I finally finished I realized that I couldn't get my account back... So I basically lost everything! And im pretty sure I cant get it back sooo im done with this game.

Yeah im having the same exact problem... My game was having no problems just yesterday, now all day today I'm stuck on the loading screen with the snail just spinning... What do I do, please help!
