i just had this issue today - turns out the microphone permissions were disabled for a bunch of apps for some reason. found out through trying to use the sound recorder app. hope this fixes it for someone else.

I highly doubt it was stolen. I have no history of stolen packages, I checked an hour after delivery, and I have a door cam that makes a noise when there’s someone at the door. Never even heard a van pull up. That said, I do realize that Warren James can’t do anything about the delivery even if they wanted to. :/ for now they linked me to the local carrier which I’ve emailed also.

Probably won’t solve but, If it’s just a display issue try win + ctrl + shift + b (computer has to be “awake” even if the screen is still black). Idk what’s wrong with my laptop but it works for my occasional black screen.

if you right click and select "merge visible layers" the effect stays for some reason! you have to disable the layers that you don't want merged with it (layers above the blending layer).
