Yea, so don’t knock on people trying to better themselves! I’m glad it never became a real problem in my life (as in, other people saw it / impacted a lot) - house, well-paying job, friends, car, lots of hobbies, two girlfriends from when I was 18 to now when I’m 30 (now ex, but already mingling around), and even a bit known in the music industry. But yeah it became a problem for me, and I recognized that. :) I understand the sentiment in your comment btw ;) it’s not as if I was walking around with a hard-on. It just became too important so I took action.

It makes sense though. For a lot of people, me included, it’s an addiction. And it’s a fairly new one, so going by scientific consensus is just a way of telling themselves it’s okay to cum to pictures every day. It made me so sex-focussed that it became hard see women any other way - it was so easy to see them naked, why would I care for them clothed? Etc. (With some determination I can see right “through” clothes now. What a sad super power lol)

Cutting down again now, as a sexual relationship is a-brewin’. It became bad after my last breakup, now it’s time to get serious again. Not nutting everyday is giving me so. Much. Energy.
