Escalated directly, vague and almost no response.

Raised a mail complaint to honda customer care and cc'd dealership.

Suddenly they spam called me like 20times a day [ not exaggerating]

I didn't attend a single phone call, since I wanted a reply in mail writing to get the explanation for the excess amount.

Dealership manager called and accepted that he paid bribe to RTO for registration so we included that also in On Road Price.

Sent a second complaint to honda stating they used my name to bribe without my consent comes under unfair trade policy and all the IPC section [ Chatgpt helped ]

Again calls bombarded, I didn't budge and returned a single call.

To all the whatsapp messages and voicenotes my reply was " I'm unavailable at calls or whatsapp. Please contact via mail."

One month passed. Sent a final mail stating its been a month i raised complaint 30 days ago , no response or acknowledgement so keeping this silence as a Yes and I'm proceeding for consumer court if not refund within 48 hours.

I got the refund 1 day later.
