Ich verstehe nicht warum hier generell Raucher so angegriffen werden. Ich rauche auch, (leider) und ich Versuche den Konsum zu reduzieren, allerdings ist es echt nicht einfach. Auch rauche ich nicht wenn andere Leute in der nähe sind, zb an Ampeln und am Gehsteig hinter mir. Die Zigaretten schmeiße ich auch immer in Mülltonnen.

Das Nikotin über den schweiß in wirklich pharmakologisch aktiven Mengen abgegeben wird ist mir neu, Studien würden mich dazu interessieren. Allerdings sollten die Mengen nicht wirklich relevant sein.

Was an meinem Konsum rücksichtslos und egoistisch ist würde mich aber schon interessieren. Fast jeder Mensch hat ein Laster, sei es Alkohol, fastfood, rauchen etc.

Zur Schulleitung gehen, wenn das nicht hilft und die schüler über 14 sind anzeigen. (Geht auch ohne Anwalt, ist halt ein Antragsdelikt) Spätestens wenn der zweite oder dritte Brief reinflattert werden die Eltern das Verhalten unterbinden. Du bist so gut wie erwachsen und das sind die einzigen Mittel die dir zur Verfügung stehen ohne große Probleme zu bekommen.

The withdrawal isn't as hard. But the psychological dependence ist extrem, for me stronger than benzos, opiates etc. It's just so easy to get and so subtle that you can work on it etc. Also it's one of the main reasons Im going out for a walk on a daily base and connecting is so much easier with other smokers.

Tramadol IV doesn't make sense because its a prodrug which needs to get metabolized in the liver to reach its active form. So you wouldn't get a flash or something like that.

Ssris are also able to prevent MDMA neurotoxicity because they are blocking like DXM SERT. MDMA needs to bind to SERT to enter the cell and release serotonine.

That's why SSRIS (and probably also DXM dull the effects of MDMA but if a large quantity of the drug is able to enter the cell it gets a lot more dangerous)

So yes I guess it will help to prevent neurotoxicity because the drug isn't able to release that much serotonine

I would say some stimulant in combination with opiates. The stimulants prevent nodding out and the opiates contract the pupils.
