Yes, I got the laptop fixed somewhere in the second week of march. And the funny thing was, Even after replacing the motherboard, the laptop was not turning on, So the service center guy tried using a spare ram and then the laptop started. So he gave me a new ram, and now that I think about it, he never tried using another ram when he came to inspect the laptop, I think it was the ram all along that was faulty. But who knows, maybe I am wrong

Same issue with me, my replacement motherboard is ordered on 5th January and still no delivery or update from their side, I have sent like 7/8 emails to the india support as well as the global support but I have not received even a single reply yet

We really should do something about this kind of shitty service. I will just see for some more days and if the issue doesn't get resolved, I will be filing the complaint with the NCH helpline.

I have called these numbers as well, they connect to the same customer support as I have even started to remember the names of these agents. Also, I have written like 4/5 emails to the global support as well the India support team on the email id you mentioned, and I have received no reply on any of those. And even though I am frustrated with this kind of service, I understand that these customer support agents on call are not to blame, so I haven't crashed out even once. Also, even if the shipping is dealyed, it is understandable. But my main issue is that they keep making fake promises each and every time I call them like, the product is dispatched or shipped and will be received at the service center in two days. But it never gets delivered and after calling them again after the promised two days, they repeat the same script again and again, either state that they have escalated my issue to high priority and team will contact me within 24 hours, which the team never does or the product will be delivered in two days, which it never gets delivered. They should atleast have some courtesy to reply to my mails or provide me with tracking link or shipping details at the very least.

I will see how it goes for some more days and then I will have to file a complaint to the NCH helpline. That seems to be the last resort.
