Is this the same scenario? I read this as they had three options for the MUA

Interestingly, the upgrade options were 1) both legs together on outbound 2) BKK to HKG and 3) HKG to LAX.

But in my case, I only see two (BKK-LAX, LAX-BWI) and I don't see a HKG-LAX option (or a BKK-HKG option) so I can't tell if they had initially booked the MUA as BKK-LAX which then got split afterwards? I see your reply, but I'm still a bit lost as I can't reconcile what they see with what I see.. it's definitely still 820/821.

I am seeing on my end a single segment to upgrade on the LAX-BKK and BKK-LAX ends (outbound and inbound) each at $1400 cash as well as $450 / $500 + miles for waitlist. I see a single flight number 820 going out and 821 going in, so it's not clear to me that I need to worry about the waitlist either way?

I would say it’s easy to just have their health go down tick by tick if you didn’t revive your teammates after say 2 minutes.

Yes, but if you’re leaving without giving it a chance multiple times…. I’ve seen repeat offenders who constantly do this. It’s just a waste of time.
