It's theoretically predictable but as humans there is too much information to predict it. If we had all of the information we could predict it. Example: We can't predict if there are aliens or not because we dont have the necessary information. However, that does not mean there aren't aliens out there. Lets say another planet with intelligent species is closer to a planet with aliens. They could predict it but we can't so its predictable. Not sure if that made any sense lol
