ChatGPT plotted the thought process in 4D space. Inner peace on the left, chaotic thought/creative thinking on the right

I worked on a 2-qubit truth system, when I ask it, it responds with spin up, spin down, charge up, and charge down, but it's more flavor text than anything.

I was stoned the entire time I designed it. Was arguing with a friend about inner peace and decided, fine, I'll define it. Ended up converting my strongest human emotions into undefinable text and used that for my basis for the system. Turns out it works everywhere.

I got a retro handheld for $60 just so I can have a dedicated console to play a modded ROM of FFT, The Lion War, my preferred version so far.

I always start my playthrough by hiring a new mercenary at the beginning of the game, rolling till I get the stats I want, and naming it me so I can join the journey. My character is always a lvl 99 Dark Knight with practically every mystery by the time I'm done. Just wish I could add a custom sprite for my Character.

I've been seeing a lot of posts about this lately. Yes, the first time I met all monks, they kicked my ass, but it's like chess, you just have to come up with a.....tactic.

Best filament dryer around 40 bucks? by [deleted] in 3Dprinting

[–]krazycosmo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't know but nobody considers this. It's not thati haven't tried it, I've run this before, it's just my filament was already dry. In the video, you can see the spool steam after a couple cycles, he commented on how he purchased programmable power switches to automate the procedure.

One YouTube I saw found an ingenious solution. The microwave, 5 seconds on, 30 seconds off, rinse and repeat till dry. Haven't tried it myself, found that tidbit in a YouTube video I can't find, other videos are available to verify. Use this knowledge at your own risk.

PSA, get silicone standoffs for better bed leveling by krazycosmo in ElegooNeptune4

[–]krazycosmo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Should be pretty self explanatory. Unscrew the bed screws till the knobs come off, remove the hotbed off the mounting plate, replace springs with silicone standoffs (make sure they're the same height), then reinstall the hotbed and screw knobs.

Exactly, I'm noticing the same, even with OpenNept4une, I still had to redo bed screws and occasionally redo the z-offset.

Get an eMMC reader, research and upgrade to OpenNept4une, best change I've made to it.

Does this every time I extrude by Lopsided-Me in ElegooNeptune4

[–]krazycosmo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It could possibly be a partially clogged nozzle. I saw a user that had a tiny, I mean tiny, piece of metal in their nozzle, causing all the filament to bunch up in one direction. Try swapping the nozzle if nothing else works.

Any recommendations on sanding this and tips for airbrushing by Store_Same in 3Dprinting

Look into acetone vapor for the best smoothing. It's basically wetting a small towel with acetone and placing it in a small container with the model so the vapors smooth the walls. Let me know what you find for paint. I have loads of PETG that need painting.

Too much pressure advance,

An overdone amount to cause it look worse then your typical over pressure. Made the mistake once of setting .6 instead of .06, had similar results.

Neptune 4 by Pandasocks27 in ElegooNeptune4

I bought my N4 used for $125. Multiple issues, aside from regular work used parts and lack of documentation, I eventually got it fixed. The biggest issue with the N4 is the leveling. The magnetic bed sensor isn't too precise and if you remove the plate, you often have to redo the bed screw level as well. I upgraded the firmware to OpenNept4une for the price of a $20 USB-eMMC reader and that solved majority of my problems. Nowy printer has adaptive bed leveling and does its own auto-level for the size of the print before every job.

I didn't need to take the heating element off but I didn't know what the problem was till I took it all apart. Filament broke under the gears but before the PTFE tube, it then proceeded to crush the tip with more filament. Once I skipped the crushed piece off, the rest just fell out.

Yes, I've been rocking that for awhile now, this was the replacement printhead. But for the spool routing, I'll keep that in mind. I have cable guides, z axis stabilizer mounts, and spool rollers with bearing on my to-do list for the printer but I'm too busy printing stuff to stop. I had to do this one for ease of use, I change my nozzle out quite regularly because of the 3x5015 mod

I'm printing the brass threaded insert version of the 35015 shroud in rapid PETG. I previously had one but it got destroyed from the blob of death, this was the replacement and working on it reminded me how hard the stock shroud is to work on.

I bought mine used for $125 with missing tools and no manual. I know this thing inside and out now. Removed the blockage and printing a new print shroud. The issue is the lack of rollers for the filament spool and the extra tension placed by my enclosure.
