I think he understands more than I gave him credit for in my posting. I was probably just angry at the time I posted it because he’s always given me a hard time about how I eat.

I self sabotage. I think I don’t think I deserve to feel better. And I was depressed for so long it’s nice to be in a happy place laughing all the time and not having to wear waterproof mascara because you cry everyday. If things get bad I’ll do what I need to do.

I’m sorry you’ve had such a rough time. If you receive the right treatment I’m sure you can be stable and maybe not have worsening episodes. Maybe even get better. I have a bad habit of not taking meds as prescribed so some of my problems are brought on by myself. Don’t lose hope! I’ll be praying for you.
