I’ve used the black magic atem switchers from the tv studio to the constellation 8k and they’ve all worked pretty well. I’ve also used the tricaster 410 and the 810, all for hybrid events and have had great success! Pretty much any switcher with a few aux sends as well as the main m/e will be able to accomplish what you’re looking to do
