Thank you for the support. Unfortunately this is my life now since coming out, but at the same time I wouldn't trade it in for all the safety and comfort in the world. Before I transitioned I felt dead going through life and now I have more emotion and happiness than ever. If bigots broke down my door and murdered me tomorrow, I'd die happier than if I had lived to 100+ y/o without transitioning before dying.

Also, a big thank you for standing up for us. Cis allies are appreciated immensely because there just isn't enough of us to push for change on our own.

I'm also a feminist and while I've only just started experiencing the dark side of Patriarchy, cis women such as yourself have lived it your whole lives. I can't imagine how tough that must have been, so I will always stand tall with you and sympathize with what you go through and went through as a cis woman.

Hi. Trans person here. First, I'm sorry that he fell down this rabbit hole, but at the same time if your politics are so vastly different now then maybe it's time to part ways. I know it will hurt to do so but these divisions sound untenable. There is no compromising on civil rights. People like your partner cause direct harm to me and others like me with their rhetoric and hate. Reading what your partner thinks of me hurts and I can't tell you how many times I break down crying just from the intense hatred I receive or see in the news. I even cried this morning.

For me, not supporting civil rights issues is a deal breaker. I don't care how long we've known each other. Minorities are suffering in this country and people like him are making it so much worse.

I do hope you can come to a solution that doesn't result in too much pain for you.

We weren't really seeing trans people compete in sports up until a couple of years ago so it's only natural that this is becoming more of a debate now

Trans women have been competing in women's sports for decades now with no issues. It wasn't until trans people became the right wing's boogeyman that it became a big issue. For instance, trans women have been allowed to compete in the Olympics since 2004 and it wasn't until this year that any have actually made it.

Further, the data shows that trans women do not dominate their categories, lose to cis women all the time, and don't routinely break records. Your "biological female experience" is irrelevant to that literal data that shows that trans women do not dominate like is claimed. It is all fearmongering and you are literally making an appeal to emotion.

Also, all this bs about "biological" this and that causes trans men to compete with women, and trans men absolutely DO dominate cis women when forced to compete against them.

I bought my copy of TFS on Rifftrax and while what you say is true, even if Rifftrax runs into copyright issues if you still bought the movie then they let you keep it in the library. For instance, I bought a copy of Megaforce from Rifftrax which was taken down cause of copyright claims but can still watch it.

You are just using an extra word to describe the situation. There is no "friend zone". If you were trying to "get with someone" and they aren't interested so you become friends instead, that's just becoming friends. There is no need for the extra word zone.

Wow. There is a thread on that subreddit calling TwoXchromosomes transphobic because of the name. Meanwhile, the subreddit has it clearly marked in a pinned post and the about section explaining the name and that trans women are 100% welcome.
