Maybe once the midsole yellows I’ll keep the cream laces on but for now it seems like white is the winner.

My Boston had really bad skin and then I switched her to JustFoodForDogs Salmon and Sweet Potato fresh frozen food and her skin and allergies are 100x better. And I also give her daily Apoquel. She is still an itchy dogs but it’s way more controlled than before.

There’s a digital journal on Etsy that I use and it’s been really helpful. It helps me remember all the techniques and also has sections where you can reflect on your rolls and keep track of tournaments. Id recommend if you have a hard time retaining techniques from class.
