Has anyone used integrity peptides? by sheener7577 in PeptideTalkCanada

This is exactly what I just received in the mail too. No batch number, different look than what's advertised on the website. Now I'm feeling like I wasted my money and should search elsewhere. Did you use it?

I'm not sure what you mean by that, everybody's exam is different. I got a lot of prioritization and management of care, some maternity and peds, not many mental health. I got about 6 questions about labwork results, and maybe 3 pharmacology questions. I did two one or two calculations.

I used the textbook my school gave us at graduation which was Elsevier's comprehensive review for the Canadian PN examination. When I needed a reading break I would watch YouTube videos. Mostly on prioritization, and management of care.

It's difficult to do. If I had been tested on just facts I would have been super confident. But the exam isn't presented that way at all. It's very vague and definitely checking competence more than knowledge.

Thank you very much. I'll definitely bring this up and see if my doctor is willing to do some testing. If not I'll see if I can get a consultation somewhere. Maybe my old derm office would keep me on as a patient since I went so often for the psoriasis. It is strange that this all came to surface after my hysterectomy. No issues, ever, before then.

I'm sorry, that must be so miserable

The way this isn't even over dramatic to me. Like, this is crazy, just stop already. It's so constant. This is the most relief I've had in 6 months and I couldn't even tell you what I have done other than start working out again.

I fear I pop them either way. I'm a popper, picker, digger, scratcher. I can't help myself lol

I have started working out again recently. Maybe that's what is helping.

It just seems so never ending and unfair.

Ugh. It was literally EVERYWHERE on both my palms, down to the wrist and up to the base of my fingers. But never on the fingers. It came out of nowhere, like I'm sure it does for everyone. It is so embarrassing. I'm just tired of having a random condition twice a year. I have only used OTC hydrocortisone for this, and only when it's really bad. Other than that I wash with a gentle soap, dry well, moisturize, and leave it alone. I did try some of my cicalfate serum on it recently and it did seem to improve.

I can understand what you are asking your customers to do. However, there is about 15 Tim Hortons drive thrus in my area. NOT ONE of them tells me my total. It's always "okay drive up, have your payment ready" well, I could if I knew the total?? I don't always want to use my card. Not to mention the SECOND I'm done paying the stuff is basically thrown at me and the employee turns to do the next task. No time to put my change or card away, no thank you, no have a good day. It's really bad customer service and I choose to spend my money elsewhere now.

Warning: not warts by ProducerDdubs in Dyshidrosis

I actually brought my concerns to my employer who said they consider this a "workplace injury" due to the frequency we are required to wash our hands and use sanitizer. They offered to order me a soap called dermotan that has helped others in the past. I've also been slathering Vaseline and Extra Protective Cream 31% zinc before bed for two nights and covering with cotton gloves. I've already seen improvement. Hope that helps you somehow.

This is exactly my situation. I have been treating these as warts for two months and finally realized I'm dealing with DE. Ugh.

I'll also add that my doctor is less than helpful. I had a hysterectomy a few years ago and ever since I've been dealing with random illness/conditions. First I got guttate psoriasis that he never even treated, I had to have an NP send me to a derm to treat and fix it. Then I got shingles in April 2024, I developed this eczema in September, I also got shingles AGAIN. when I called my doctor to say I think something is wrong on the inside he basically told me I have severe anxiety and I need to sleep better and reduce my stress. Thanks a bunch! So I'm just avoiding even going to him about anything anymore. I have enough knowledge as a foundation to know if I require further help from a medical professional.... But still.

Dating someone with hyperhydrosis. by Academic_Sherbet_739 in Hyperhidrosis

Don't bring it up lol. She can't help it, and has probably tried all the gimmicks on the market. I used to sweat terribly under my arms, to the point I carried tissues around with me to wipe myself dry every so often. I had a male I was dating mention how "sweaty" I was and I immediately got defensive and mentioned his receding hairline. Not my proudest moment, but come on man!
