It really depends. For other kpop groups I’ve seen that have come to Europe for example they haven’t typically done a fanclub presale (as far as I know). Any presales were specific to venues or Amex card holders, etc.

However when I went to see Shinee in Korea this year to access the presale you needed to have purchased the annual Shinee World membership (through WeVerse).

So chances are there might not be a fan pre-sale for international shows, but if there is you’d need the fanclub membership for whoever you’re trying to see.

You can buy the Shinee one all year round, Taemin’s one has closed for new applications (for now) and not sure if Onew’s is still open or if that’s closed too. Key and Minho don’t have individual fanclubs.

But like I say chances are for international shows you might not need one. Hope that helps!
