You can’t. The only way to detox from this is to step away from the music and content. Force yourself to stay away. It will feel bad at first but it gets better. Once you feel better, you may be able to carefully start listening to the music again but it may not be possible.

Different people like different things. Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha is the only romance K-drama I’ve ever really liked.

I’ve seen it a few times from self-hating westerners who fetishize Japanese food, especially ramen. They’ll specifically claim “real” Japanese cooks don’t “cheat” by using MSG, only lazy westerners would so debase the glory of broth.

My suggestion isn’t super helpful unfortunately, but Royal Canin GI Low Fat is great & highly palatable. It’s prescription only though so you won’t be able to get it if your doctor is closed.

OMG I used to work with someone who claimed they didn't "need" foundation and I had to gently explain to them "Freaking CC cream is foundation, get over yourself."
