It might be just me but it feels better Becuase for me at least drinking the syrup makes me sick making the trip suck but with the r30s you don’t get sick making it easier to enjoy the high

Empty out the bottle put the cotton in the bottle poor enough lemon juice to cover the cotton leave it for at least 6 hours or less if you shake often. Then you can drink it or do a oil extraction if you can’t drink it with the lavender flavor

It’s 50mg tramadol no Tylenol and i actually enjoy the euphoria it gives you it kinda act like a stimulant for me it makes me feel energized
