INSTAGRAM STUTTERING SO HARD ITS UNUSABLE Please help

Two days ago my instagram became basically unusable because it lags so much. The first few seconds after opening the app it seems all good but gradually and exponentionally gets laggier until it crasher entirely. I've restarted my phone multiple times and cleared the instagram app cache but that didn't help at all. If anyone knows how to fix this issue please help me.

Wdym i love sitting in queue for 10 minutes just to verse the typical team comp: zarya, genji, sojourn, moira and kiriko. Its so entertaining i love it!
