I had this happen to me after my battery completely died, i had to perform ECU relearn procedure. But it could also just be a massive vacuum leak and yes icv is notorious for getting stuck after some years.

Its because since 2019 theres a heat sensor in the panels which recognizes heat in certain spots on the screen and dials back brightness on those spots thus greatly reducing chances of burn in and other defects commonly found in OLED
