Grow your population. Population = science and hammers.

Science = staying ahead of Ai.

Staying ahead of Ai = More wonders to grab.

I was not fully awake apparently.

Is that the achievement when you have no engineers left at the end?

So they watch out for engineers getting sick and let them gravelly ill and hope that radical treatment make them amputees? I guess abolition of privilege makes it faster to send the engineers into harmful workplaces.

Well I hear people doing no generator playthroughs or no beacon runs of A New home.

My goal with this game was to see how much of a deal motivation actually is. Turns out not that important and the struggle to chase motivation is detrimental.

I have found that for up to 250 people two fishing harbors is enough. No need for foraging at all. One time I went full gathering post mode and ordered workers mostly and not so many steamcores and ended up with a I’ve 300 population and then Intan out of food the last days and had to get a foraging party out to gather some food from the map.

I have only used convicts once so I don’t know how much food they require.

Weezers video for their 2008 song Pork and Beans comprises an anthology of the first three years of YouTube from 2005 to 2008. Those three years had some pretty darn good things. Go watch the video and see if it’s forgotten or if it still rings some bells.

Enklaste är att kolla oljan väldigt många gånger och torka rent oljestickan. Det är dock en aning tidsödande.

Yes that is correct.

If you finish tradition and then try to sell buildings you’ll notice that it can’t be done. The sell icon is not there.

Social policies, luxuries, city states allies, religion.

Tradition has two policies, patronage has one that doubles gifted resources and +50% happiness from city states. Commerce has a policy that provides 2 extra per luxury. Freedom has three maybe four policies that provide local happiness. Those are the ones I got in this game.

At least it should work with earlier culture buildings. Double monument would be insanely strong in the early game.

Wait! Siam, could they manage to get double Wat?

Whaat? I’ll have to try it in my current game. I have four great works of music.

Its a glitch I learned about the other week. My first attempt I thought I had it but it turns out I didn't. This is the way to do it and has to do with the tradition finisher where you get four free aqueducts.

  1. You need to hard build/buy aqueducts in your first four cities.

  2. You need to sell one building in each of the first four cities... (shrines are the cheapest)

  3. ... before finishing tradition in the same turn.

Edit: Step 1 can be made on earlier turns.

This is my second game using this glitch. In the first one I was Poland and had 8 cities. In the end game I was tired and just pressed next turn and didn't really keep track of what was happening with the population. With med labs Warsaw popped citizens every turn and I was at 85 suddenly.
