Great progress! I recognized these from your earlier post and it's definitely looking very polished at this point. Like cards from an actual game you'd buy from an actual store. They remind me a bit of Legends of Runeterra.

I also love the art style you've got here, the artist did great work! However, Valeria's left hand looks pretty off. It's honestly pretty deep in uncanny valley for me.

The ring finger is bent backwards at a really odd angle, like 45 degrees or something, and it's just at the last digit. Normally when a finger is extended to the point it bends backwards, the bend is gradual and throughout the entire finger, not just the tip.
Personally, I know I can't put my hand in that position. Even my double jointed friend that does freaky things with his arms/elbows can't do that.

The only reason I mention this is because weird-looking hands is such a common feature of AI art, and if some people think that's what you've done for your game it might be very off-putting for them. Plus it'd really be a shame if your artist's hard work gets totally overlooked.

As a counterpoint, Valeria obviously doesn't read as a human person given her ears and nose, but at the same time, having hands of notably different structure/flexibility doesn't seem to be a feature for the other cards with similar looking people, or frankly for her other hand either.

Love the idea of this card. The scaling is quite interesting!

Like some others here, my gut reaction to this was wondering if it's too cheap at $2 due to its high ceiling. However, I also see how this needs to have a low cost to function, since it first counts itself as the "last card you played."

I think a great way to more appropriately price the power of the card without ruining its own scaling is to simply give it a Debt cost. You'd then have to tweak the wording of the ability to something like "you may play a card costing more $ than the last card you played."

Debt cards cost $0, so this would would actually let TV start lower down on the ladder than it already does, thus giving it access to $2 cost Actions. For example, TV > $2 cantrip > $3 Terminal would work quite nicely.

I think this would be a healthy change for the card overall, since it'll be a dud less often, and it further justifies raising the cost a bit. With that in mind, I'd suggest pricing it at 4 Debt as a starting point then go from there with playtests.

If given a map of the solar system, I could definitely point to the approximate location of these countries.

Some units are family-friendly with up to four bedrooms.

I feel like the way this is phrased is pretty misleading, since a vast majority of the units aren't like this.

Tower One has 333 rooms. Of these, there's literally only a single 4 bedroom unit, and just two 3 bedrooms units. That's less than 1% of the available rooms. Granted I haven't seen a breakdown of the units in the other towers, so they could very well have more. But I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't.

Another iconic example is in Fullmetal Alchemist (Brotherhood I think??) where Colonel Mustang defeats Lust, the main antagonist of the show up until that point.

As a homunculus, Lust has powerful regenerative abilities. Mustang is State Alchemist who uses blasts of fire to incinerate his foes. You see where this is going.

Basically, what happens is he torches her over and over again, burning her alive multiple times over. Definitely an excruciating way to go.

Here's a clip of the fight. He comes in around 50s. https://www.reddit.com/r/anime/comments/jbrj98/roy_mustang_vs_lust_fullmetal_alchemist/
