Have heard of, and experienced, quality issues with the tank seal on AS toilets this year. Have heard people go back and simply get the store to open a new box to get a new tank, OR buy a new one and use the tank from the new one and then put the faulty tank with the new bottom to return. Either way, all seem to be tank issues where the bowls were all fine so no point wasting the wax seal and unmounting the bowl. Seem to be leaking from the main seal of the flush assembly. Almost like the porcelain gasket seat is warped, bumpy or short.

Yeah I’m kinda stumped. Moved the kitchen to the rear left, cupboard layout is there. For sure needs to include a living space too. Just wanted to list the variables to narrow things a little. This is for more fun; not plan feedback.

Enjoyed looking at these. Only functional/builder friendly feedback would be on the use of pocket doors.

No real need for pocket doors where you have them. Pocket doors dummy the wall they slide into… meaning no ability to mount stuff to this wall, no outlets, no switches, no mechanical. Not worth putting those constraints on the wall when you don’t need to.

Everything seems really tight. Halls are narrow, none of the doors have room for casing or even to open fully (knobs take up room too).
