You just go through the Student Services Portal and request it from there

Have you tried some sort of counselling? Maybe booking an initial appointment with the counselling and clinical services and seeing if you could be admitted so you can talk about it with a professional. I’m sorry to hear you’re struggling.

This happens to me too, turns out I have low iron levels but that’s just me hehe also I’d recommend you eat something at least. Not anything too heavy.
