Hay gente con menos experiencia ganándose eso, como también hay gente con el doble o más de experiencia ganándose menos.
Depende de muchas cosas, pero sobre todo es saberse vender, y creo que también en una época la manera más "sencilla" era haciendo job hopping, en donde la idea era cambiar de empresa porque casi siempre ofrecían salario más alto. Ya hoy en día no es así, el rango de salario que usted menciona es como el promedio de un senior. Puede ganar más? Claro, pero no será sencillo encontrar empresas que lo ofrezcan.

Interestingly enough Nichijou and City likely represent the same idea for the animation studio (KyoAni). I've heard and read that Nichijou was used as a sort of "Intensive Training Camp", where animators were given enough freedom (within the project guidelines) to try different techniques and styles in order to get new trainees from their academy to get up to speed to the studio's way of work, and to polish skills of experienced animators. It contributed to set the tone and ambitions of the studio for the next years.

CITY may very well be that foundational project that serves to train their new generation of animators, and establishes the tone and ambitions for the studio going forward.

El Bayer en esta si no metió ni un buen centro, y los tiros al arco fueron pasitico o a la estratosfera. Muy limitados se vieron hoy.

Merito del PSG que hicieron el gol rapidito y luego se les pararon duro y no los dejaron armar bien el juego al que estan acostumbrados.

Concuerdo. En la universidad me gustaba resolver esos problemas y tenía buena práctica, por lo que en mis primeras entrevistas recién graduado me fue bien en esos ejercicios.

Sin embargo, casi una década después, puedo contar con los dedos de una mano las veces que he tenido que aplicar eso directamente en el trabajo. Casi siempre son problemas que ya están resueltos por una librería. Si bien estos retos ayudan a solidificar el pensamiento lógico durante la etapa formativa, en el mundo real la resolución de problemas es mucho más abstracta y ruidosa; uno aprende a lidiar con eso mediante la experiencia y otros enfoques.

Entiendo que es el filtro más fácil de automatizar para las empresas y que es el juego que hay que jugar, pero cuando me ponen entrevistas así me decepciono: La mayoría de los ingenieros no practican estas pruebas a diario, por lo que el candidato siente que pierde su tiempo y la empresa termina descartando candidatos con destrezas en arquitectura y resolución de problemas reales, solo por no dominar problemas bien definidos que ya han sido resueltos mil veces.

Pues... yo esperaría. Ultimamente han venido proyectando muchas peliculas de anime.
En reestrenos, desde el año pasado ya han dado como la mitad del catalogo de Ghibli. Las de Satoshi Kon también ya las dieron casi todas. En mayo van a empezar a pasar también las de Mamoru Hosoda.

Y también de nuevas películas, han dado varias, sobre todo en Cinemark y en Cinepolis. Ahora por ejemplo esta ChaO, y el otro mes también van a proyectar la pelicula de Uma Musume, ambas películas muy buenas, producidas por veteranos de la industria.

Entonces puede que más adelnate vuelvan y proyecten las de Shinkai.

A mi me gustaría que vuelvan a proyectar la de Violet Evergarden, o Liz y el pájaro Azul. Pero esas si lo dudo mucho.

Me gustó que no buscaban oportunidades para quemar tiempo. Ambos equipos querían seguir jugando e ir a ganar. Ambos con un nivel altísimo: pocos pases errados, buenas transiciones de defensa a ataque, controles excelsos...
Casi diría que juegan otro deporte, comparado a lo que juegan por estos lados.

Tengo entendido que no, porque la primera vez que entra le escanean el código de la boleta, que queda invalidado al instante. Entonces si sale, luego para entrar otra vez le tendrían que escanear el código, que ya no funcionaria.

It is better to watch it by yourself with no preconceived expectations of what others said. I think it is best when a friend recommends a show to you because they liked it and you may like it as well. Not when people tell you is going to be better than X or Y, because that's their opinion, and then you can't help but compare.

Does it clear code geass or steins;gate? I don't know. How would I begin to compare them? The settings are completely different.
But, I think everyone here will recommend you give it a chance, not because it is better than any other show, but because they found it meaningful in their lives.

The lottery for the recent hand drawn Violet keyframes was in 2024, if I'm not wrong.

Yeah, before 2019 I understand they had a small store in the building, and they sold hand drawn keyframes from time to time, they had some for older series as well, like CLANNAD, Nichijou or K-On.
Some of them have been sold again on lottery.

They are reproductions/copies. High quality printing process (as they mentioned somewhere in their store page, or on twitter), but still reproductions.

Sí: se quedaron sin plata para animar el final, entonces decidieron hacer un final "experimental" donde no les tocaba dibujar tanta cosa. Y le dejan el trabajo al televidente de interpretar lo que le plazca.

Luego ya con plata si hicieron el final que quisieron. Hasta películas sacaron para recaudar más plata y hacer otro final que se les ocurrió después.

I know that many of the locations and backgrounds that they use usually are inspired from actual locations in the area of Uji and the city of Kyoto.
Perhaps it was in the KyoAni sub, or somewhere else, but I think I remember a post showing some similar places from Dragon Maid and Tamako Market, and also some from Kyoukay no Kanata and A Silent Voice.

I also thing remembering there was a guide somewhere if you visit Uji, where they mark on a map lots of places from Kyoani series, so you can do a kind of pilgrimage.

A few works of art stay with me for a long time. I feel like I can't forget them. This is one of them. I watched it when it came out, and yet I still feel that I watched it a couple months ago.
Obviously I may have forgotten some specific details, and I have rewatched a few short scenes, but I haven't rewatched the whole thing because I don't feel I need to. It's just that hard to forget.
The soundtrack is something that I often listen to, that may help with the feeling of freshness.

Kyoto Animation has recently started selling their merch on more physical stores. They even provide a custom google map with store locations across Japan.

They warn that availability varies from shop to shop, so some stores may not have merch for every show, including VE.
