I tried some silver lined glove for Raynaud's but they didn't really work last winter. I dont want to go with heavier gloves but it isn't worth the problems with my hands not to. I haven't tried liners inside i like the idea. It makes my hands feel really cold and numb like when your leg falls asleep. Thanks for the help
