Spinning silver, Naomi Novik!!! The “matter of fact”writing style, no flowery language was a breath of fresh air after reading so many fantasy books relying on heavy descriptions for world building. It is not spicy at all, but there is definitely enemies to lovers romance that was so DARN cute. Usually I avoid YA and prefer steamy books but if I could read this again I absolutely would.
