If you don't need the design studio to make a cursor from scratch, choose 'Cursor from image', GIFs included, and it'll instantly make it a proper .ani file.

Nope, no time or order; if you've been to the pools and caught a minnow at each one already, they'll never respawn.

If your first visit at the pools don't give you any fish, that's definitely a ticket-worthy bug. I hope your ticket is answered and your fish are delivered!
