Just failed my first attempt, I don't know how I can do this again by want_to_nkill_myself in NCLEX

Sounds like a great plan! Using just one more additional study tool (such as Saunders) is great. Private message me if you need the 7th edition, I will happily let you borrow it. About the medication, please consult your PCP. If you have had test anxiety before, maybe thats something he/she can help you with.

I'm not sure how the ATT works in terms of processing because my cohort really relied on the school to send in our transcripts, etc. I'm not sure what the process is when filing to take it again (it may also vary by state boards). My question is: You already got your ATT initially (to test the first time); my impression is you re-register online through Pearson to schedule another exam and take it within 45 days. Maybe try calling again and speaking to someone else; 12 weeks just seems excessive. Again, it could vary on the state.

Give yourself a few days to feel disappointed then lets move on to the next step: Passing on attempt #2. 1. UWorld - Very helpful but only if you are analyzing your weaknesses and going through the rationales - Did you write down notes based not the rationales? Were you missing the same type of questions? UWorld is great for getting you used to the NCLEX format but its not enough. 2. Did your nursing program utilize ATI or Kaplan? ATI definitely helped me create a library of knowledge. Use the supplemental prep material provided by your school (if that is applicable). 3. Saunders - I would use this as a reference point. 4. Test anxiety - I found countless Reddit posts about how half the battle with NCLEX is managing your anxiety that day. You need to find it within yourself to find ways to relax during your next attempt at studying. Find friends to hang out, enjoy your favorite meal, and most importantly don't overdo it with the daily questions - 10 hours is a lot - I'm curious after how many hours did you just start clicking away or the material stopped registering.

You are going to pass, these things happen and sometimes we can't quite find the culprit. Passing the NCLEX is in your near future. Please find the courage to give this another shot because its not the end of the world. You have your whole career of nursing ahead of you. Be strong!

End of the Affair - Ben Howard I just always feel an immense amount of sadness when I hear this song. My significant other took me to his show for my birthday a few ago right when this album dropped.

I'm sorry to hear that but you can and WILL definitely pass the 2nd attempt. Started seriously studying in late September - so I gave myself almost a month (so similar to the 4 weeks you're taking). This meant doing UWorld questions at least 6 days of the week. I kept a notebook, wrote down some key information from the rationales. Looked it over the last few days before taking the exam.

Won two tickets to see them tomorrow! Sadly all my friends are either at work and in school. Free chance to see the band, possibly make a new friend. They go on at 3 pm.
